Job Title: Senior Account Manager – Print
A printing company that strives to be the best in everything it does is seeking an integral and pro-active senior member of the account management department to provide first class customer service to a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
This company is passionate about listening to every client’s story, challenges, and vision to come up with tailor-made ideas and propitious recommendations.
The successful candidate will ensure contracts perform within the agreed SLAs; provide support and guidance to customers to ensure that projects run smoothly from development of initial concept; map timelines and manage budgets, through to delivery of the end product.
Your strong understanding of the print, coupled with a demonstrable commercial acumen, will allow you to make informed decisions based on cost and quality of product/service required.
As the first point of contact for escalation of any issues within your account team, exceptional listening and communication skills are fundamental. Being a confident communicator will be key to proactively working to develop and grow your own customer account through obtaining a thorough understanding of your customers’ needs and ensuring they are met, including those detailed within the SLAs.
