Training programmes are aligned with the current organisational development programmes, focusing on meeting business needs and building a healthy B-BBE scorecard.
Responsibilities Overview
As a pivotal member of this energetic team, you will champion their mission to redefine professional growth and lead the charge in expanding the company’s reach and impact. This role is central to forging meaningful partnerships, uncovering new opportunities, and crafting bespoke learning solutions that resonate with the evolving needs of businesses nationwide.
The key performance indicators of the role will be client acquisition, retention and growth of clients, market research, and relationship management. You will work in a collaborative team environment and be fully focused on achieving targets and growing the business. You will call on any business and target HR Managers, Learning and Development Managers, as well as CEOs and CFOs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years business development experience and the ability to prove sales target achievement.
- Proven B2B sales experience in the Learning and Development Sector.
- In-depth understanding of the SA Learning and Development Landscape.
- Results-oriented and target-focused, an excellent communicator who is self-motivated and can use their own initiative.
- Own reliable transport.
Package & Remuneration
R35 000 gross salary plus very lucrative commission.
Please note: this is a practical, competency-based interview process which will include a role play and an assignment.
