Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the resourcing team to fill external vacancies and develop internal talent pipelines.
- Ensure proper management teams are in place to meet staffing needs in each restaurant.
- Coach and develop RGMs and Area Coaches, leading soft skills training and supporting the talent review process.
- Create innovative people development solutions and manage performance reviews.
- Promote values and enhance employee engagement.
- Analyze People Surveys, implement action plans, and manage compensation and benefits to retain staff.
- Co-manage Employee P&L with Area Coaches and address performance and employee relations issues.
- Lead the People Plan Review process, supporting organizational transformation and achieving yearly goals.
