Job Description
This person will be responsible for promotional and in-store activities (formal and/or informal areas) within an allocated branch. It is important that this person is flexible and able to execute all objectives against the campaign requirements. The Branch Mobile Specialist must create an exceptional customer experience through their engagement with customers. They will be responsible for educating them on the applicable products and services, meeting daily targets in line with the requirements, accurately capturing all required information, and providing feedback in terms of challenges and/or opportunities. Important to note that the Branch Mobile Specialist might be requested to roam should it be a requirement as per the brief received at the time.

Previous Work Experience
- Experience working independently, with little or no supervision
- Hands-on understanding and experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from face-to-face consumer education and engagement
- Experience within a target-driven environment will be an advantage
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales role environment
- Experience in working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience whilst delivering against targets
- Face-to-face consumer education and engagement
- Promotional activities in retail space
