Our client in the Citrus sector is looking for an Agronomist with management experience to join their team in Limpopo.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Bachelor of Science degree in Soil Science, Horticulture, Plant Physiology, or Agronomy
- Proven experience in field trials management and customer prospecting within the agricultural sector
- Strong knowledge of agronomic principles, crop production practices, and soil management techniques
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and persuasively
- Certification in BASOS (FERTASA) and AVCASA will be an advantage
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Staff management
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
