Duties & Responsibilities
Education:
- Matric
- Certificate / Degree will be advantageous
Requirements: - Payroll Administration and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Develop and review job descriptions, ensuring accurate market benchmarks.
- BEE initiatives - Lead and oversee compliance.
- Development and implementation of employment equity plans.
- Support on conflict resolution and grievance procedures with both line managers and staff.
- Manage time and attendance.
- Manage HR Policies and procedures.
- Compliance with all policies and procedures and keeping informed with all changes in labour laws and HR practices.
