Duties & Responsibilities
- Route planning of the trucks
- Invoices for trucking costs/rentals
- Monthly cost calculations
- Amber/Tracking
- Admin regarding the trucks
- Arranging the Licensing and services of the company vehicles
- Management of the drivers and HR tasks regarding the drivers
- Responsible for the Petty cash regarding the drivers and routes
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12
- Tertiary education in business management will be preferred
- A minimum of 10 years’ working experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ admin and financial experience
- Experience in Fleet departments or Logistic environment will be preferred
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Fluency in Sotho will be preferred
- Computer literacy especially Office with Intermediate/Advanced Excel
- Literacy in IQ Business/ Retail programs will be preferred
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
Package & Remuneration
R15 000 - R18 000 Gross pm Depending on experience, Plus Provident Fund (MIBCO 8%)
