Health and Safety Officer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Provide safety training and education to employees.
- Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Up to date SACPCMP registration as "CSHO".
- At least 1 year experience, preferably on multiple sites simultaneously in the civil engineering field.
- Proven work experience as a Health and Safety Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certification in health and safety.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
