Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To build, configure, test, and deploy automated decision solutions for all Personal and Business products across the risk lifecycle for a particular credit stream (e.g., origination, account management, or collections - to be customised per jobholder). To provide input into workflow process design, decision tree configuration, champion challenger configuration, testing, and implementation. This includes the process design of the end-to-end solution and working closely with appropriate Architectures (e.g., IT, Credit, Business, Data, etc.) to formulate sustainable strategic solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/Business Commerce
Experience Required:
- 2-3 years of leadership experience
- 3 years of experience across the credit lifecycle
- 3-5 years of experience in configuration of decision technology software
- Exposure to financial products
- Exposure to translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications
- Experience in managing product lifecycles development and analysis in a financial services environment
- Exposure to various types of credit configuration software and strategies
