Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
Responsibilities:
- Servicing and advising existing clients with benefits structure and design.
- Providing advice on annual reviews and enhancements as well as legislative changes to clients and financial planners.
- Assisting financial planners in cross-selling and identifying retail opportunities.
- Liaison between fund administrator, EVB (Eco-system), planners, clients, and all other stakeholders regarding all fund issues.
- Ability to present at board of trustee/management committee level.
- Query resolution and managing complaints and escalations of clients to ensure high levels of service are adhered to.
- Responding to queries ensuring they are resolved timeously and effectively.
- Analyse and interpret data, liaise with external providers, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor of Commerce (NQF7 Business Commerce Degree)
Experience Required:
- 5-7 years employee benefits experience in administration and servicing
