Responsibilities:
- Effective and timely call handling
- Assures work meets all quality standards
- Assures work meets business productivity goals
- Seek opportunities for continual improvement
- Embraces and promotes change
- General Lufthansa and Star Alliance information on required markets
- Flight reservation bookings, re-bookings and re-routings
- Flexibility to a rotational shift
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years Customer Service Experience
- Fluent in English and French both verbal and written
- Valid Asylum Seeker or Refugee Status Document
- Matric or High School Diploma
- Proven customer service and sales skills
- Good understanding of computer systems and standard software
- Availability and ability to work rotating shifts and public holidays
