Citra is now hiring an ambitious and driven Financial Analyst. You will report to the CEO/Head of Finance. This role will predominantly serve as support for Finance, IT, and Executive functions, and interface with all Teams within Citra to establish a strong control environment.
At Citra, we care a lot about the personal direct interaction that builds the team and sparks ideas. Therefore, this position is office-based and not suitable for the home office.

Requirements

- Experience as a financial/business analyst in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling and related formulae required to organize large data sets
- Excellent analytical, gap analyses, and reporting skills
- Strong controlling skills (budgeting and forecasting)
- Ability to communicate effectively to various stakeholders
- Have a keen eye for detail and a high standard for quality and timely reporting
- Have a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working & adoption of new systems
- Personable, driven with high standards for quality, integrity, professional communication, and an ability to innovate
Duties
- Driving the process landscape related to cost controlling and analysis.
- Variance analysis and forecasting.
