The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, assist with project coordination, and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports for accuracy and clarity.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain databases and assist in data entry and management tasks.
- Generate reports and summaries as required.

Requirements
Qualifications :
- Post Matric Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management).
Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or office environment.
