Description Level-1 IT Field Service Technician -Maitland, Cape Town.
Our client, a leaders in Business Infrastructure and Technology Solutions, is currently looking to employ a Level-1 IT Field Service Technician.
Purpose: Provide basic technical support and assistance to end-users or clients in an on-site.
Requirements:
- Relevant IT qualification .
- Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., IP addresses, DNS, DHCP).
Responsibilities, but not limited to: - Provide basic technical support and assistance to end-users or clients in an on-site.
