We're seeking a Sales Researcher to join our team and take charge of discovering potential projects that align with our organization's goals. In this role, you'll utilize your expertise in online and telephone research to identify promising leads and manage projects during their periods of development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Employ various marketing channels to generate and nurture leads for our organization.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the target market to inform our lead generation strategies.
- CRM Management: Organize and maintain lead statuses within our CRM software for efficient tracking and follow-up.
- Opportunity Optimization: Ensure that opportunity queues are managed effectively to maintain optimal size ranges.
- Lead Classification: Categorize leads based on their level of interest, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
- Understanding Prospect Needs: Gain insight into the pain points and challenges faced by prospects to tailor our communication effectively.
Key Requirements: - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting, preferably in B2B sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with prospects and team members alike.
