Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Calling and retaining clients who wish to cancel their policies.
- Calling clients who have missed payments to assist in the collection of future premiums.
- The successful candidate must retain a minimum of 50% of leads received.
Flexi-hours are available and will be dependent on your own time management and ability to reach target.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-year University Bachelor’s Degree
- Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent communication skills.
