Sales and Customer Service Manager Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of Travel Specialists and Customer Service staff
- Ensure exceptional service from inquiry through to post-trip follow-up
- Handle new customer inquiries putting together tailormade itineraries and personally drive sales to meet personal and team targets
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Conduct performance evaluations and offer development opportunities to enhance team success.
Sales and Customer Service Manager Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role in the travel industry
- Proven experience in putting together tailormade travel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service and sales
- Experience of using CRM and tracking performance
