Job Title: Construction Manager Location: Limpopo, Waterberg District, Lephalale Job Type: 6 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Job Duties: Oversee and manage all construction activities on the site Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment Review and interpret construction plans and drawings Communicate progress and any issues to stakeholders and project managers Required Qualifications: Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Construction Management. PrEng with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) Valid Construction Manager certification Proven experience in a similar role in the construction industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction management for large industrial or infrastructure projects Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of construction processes and procedures Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Proficient in project management software
