If youre ready to use your expertise to make a meaningful impact, apply today and join an open network that connects you with some of the brightest minds and cutting-edge technologies Requirements: · Minimum of 8 years' experience · Knowledge of construction of pavement layers, asphalt surfacing and surfacing seals · Experience on SANRAL projects · Experience with bridge design and/or construction of bridges is preferable · Experience with construction planning and works programming · Knowledge of FIDIC and COLTO/COTO Responsibilities: · Review tender documentation and drawings upon appointment to identify potential risks and address any design concerns. · Oversee and monitor construction activities to ensure the project remains within budget and adheres to specifications. · Manage all site personnel, including PLO, trainees, and sub-consultants (e.g., materials laboratory, OH&S, EMP). · Provide regular reports to the Engineer and maintain communication with contractors. · Perform contract administration duties. · Lead all aspects of monthly site meetings, technical site meetings, and PLC meetings.
