Job Overview:
To support the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns, with a primary focus on graphic design, digital design, social media, and direct marketing. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment, contributing to the promotion and branding of Dream Hotels & Resorts.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Assist in the creation of visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
- Design graphics for social media posts, email campaigns, and the company's website.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across all platforms.
Digital Design:
- Create and edit digital content, including images, videos, and animations.
- Assist in the development of website graphics and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging digital advertisements.
Social Media:
- Support the management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Schedule and publish posts, ensuring regular and engaging content.
- Monitor social media trends and assist in the creation of content calendars.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Direct Marketing:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters and direct mail campaigns.
- Maintain and update the marketing database with contact information and segmentation details.
- Analyze the performance of direct marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
General Marketing Support:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Experience:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
