Allen & York are pleased to be working with one of the UK's foremost organisations involved in the energy transition to a sustainable, low carbon future. The company employs over 7000 employees across the UK and has invested over 3b in energy projects to achieve their goals.
This role plays an integral role working with project delivery teams to support the HSEQ agenda both on site and remotely. The role will be critical in engendering a Health & Safety culture throughout the business working with key stakeholders across the business such as project management teams, sales teams, national accounts and the wider HSEQ team.
Candidates should have experience working with CDM and construction on project sites, the bulk of activity is working with existing buildings and engineering on site to deliver key advice and support.
Whilst this role will work mainly across the midlands and northern regions candidates should be flexible for travel as required across the UK.
Candidates should be well qualified in Health & Safety, ideally to level 6, and ideally have some environmental experience or a qualification. A key part of the role will be auditing so experience or a qualification working with ISO systems, 9001, 14001 and 45001 would be expected.
The role works closely with building management teams and systems and so candidates who have worked with BEMS or have an electrical or mechanical engineering skillset would work well in the position.
