Catering for high end Modern British/European cuisine, you should have experience to at least Senior CDP / Junior sous in a 5 hotel or fine dining restaurant .
Working 5 straight shifts, 40 - 45 hours a week
Quick walk from Elizabeth, Jubilee, Central, Picadilly and Bakerloo lines
