Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product portfolio and driving innovation within a newly established, high-impact team. In this role, you'll define our value proposition, develop cutting-edge services, and create tailored bundle packages that set us apart in the market. Working closely with the Sales, New Energy, and Public Affairs teams, you'll ensure our products not only meet current market demands but also anticipate future trends, positioning us as a leader in the industry.
Your tasks in a nutshell:
- Leading and Managing the Product Portfolio: You oversee the development and management of our product portfolio, guiding the entire product lifecycle – from strategy and development to launch, enhancement, and commercial policy establishment. Your goal is to create compelling offers and maintain competitive pricing that meets market needs.
- Defining Product Strategy and Vision: You develop a clear vision and strategy for our products, using market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Driving Product Development: You lead the product development process, prioritize features that align with customer requirements and market opportunities, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinating Product Launches and Lifecycle Management: You manage product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer service teams. Throughout the product lifecycle, you adapt strategies to respond to market changes and customer feedback.
- Facilitating Cross-functional Collaboration: You act as a central point of contact between departments, ensuring alignment on product goals and strategies. You support marketing and sales teams by providing product-related information for effective go-to-market strategies and sales enablement.
- Monitoring Analytics and Performance: You track product performance, including pricing effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on data insights. Additionally, you conduct competitor analyses to stay ahead of industry trends and adopt best practices.
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in product management or a related role. Previous experience in managing product lifecycles, developing commercial strategies, and launching successful products is highly beneficial
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs within a comparable field, such as energy, fueling, or logistics
