Requirements:

Fruit marketing experience
Agricultural experience
Pack house experience
Marketing qualification beneficial

Duties:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Establish relationships with potential new customers and make recommendations to the board
Maintain a comprehensive customer database, regularly review client performance, and update records accordingly.
Meet with clients before each export season to discuss and plan strategies, updating the client database with meeting outcomes
Visit production areas with procurement to discuss and plan the upcoming season with growers
