Minimum Requirements - Supply Chain Management or Quantity Surveying Degree or a 10 years experience
- Familiar with bid processes on various levels
- At least 9 years experience in Build Environment Professional Service Provider Bid submissions
- Previous experience working at a Consulting Engineer firm
- Understanding: GCC, FIDIC, NEC, JBCC contracts
- Excellent command of English
- Thorough understanding of Construction Quality Assurance and Control, Industry Standards, Construction Administration and Progress measurement.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and submit bids, requests for proposals, requests for quotations, and expressions of interest for professional service providers, adhering to procurement guidelines.
- Oversee the bid database and manage panel appointments, including:
- Issuing validity notices
- Responding to bid inquiries
- Tracking closed bids
- Identifying relevant bids
