Requirements:
- A tertiary education in Hospitality.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar Project Manager role.
- Ideally, a chef background with strong culinary flair.
- Knowledge of menu development and function design.
- Ability to foster and maintain healthy client relationships.
- Experience managing both small and large functions.
- Familiarity with occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Proven ability to manage large teams, handle HR-related matters, and oversee staff training and upskilling.
