Mechanical /Mechatronic Design Engineer: Centurion
The company specialises in the development of software as well as hardware solutions in industries such as: Defense, Industrial Automation, Aerospace, Consumer Electronics and Mining.
The company is looking for a Mechanical design engineer who can assist with the design of enclosures and equipment design.
Minimum qualifications - BTech/ Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
- 3D CAD Software (Solid Works)
Key duties - Sheet Metal and enclosure design
- The engineer will work with 3d Printing and CNC machining as well
- Consult with clients to determine requirements for designs
- Review and approve designs and manufacturing drawings
- Conceptualise, research and develop new products for clients
- Assist in the fabrication of prototypes and sample units
- Present designs and demonstrate prototypes to clients for approval
- Able to implement and maintain quality standards.
