Job Title: Junior Invoice Clerk
Location: Cape Town, South Africa (On-site)
Salary: R10,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing vendor forms and tax certificates for customers.
- Reviewing and sending customer invoices and credit memos.
- Managing account balances and updating accounting records.
- Resolving customer inquiries and sending payment reminders.
- Processing 50-70 invoices per day.
Requirements:
- Pastel experience - Orders come into Pastel and manually process orders.
- FMCG experience.
