Introduction
Medipost Pharmacy is looking for a professional, disciplined and self-driven individual to join their dynamic Finance Team in the capacity of a Patient Debtors Clerk. The successful individual will be placed in Gezina (Pretoria).
Primary purpose of the job:
Accurate payment allocation, debt collection, and the handling of account queries.
Duties
- Handle patient calls in a professional manner.
- Allocate co-payments.
- Accurate accounts evaluation for passwords and override.
- Ensure that you meet the departmental targets at all times.
Adhoc Duties
- Perform any adhoc duties that may be required by the department or business.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Financial Qualification.
Experience
- 1-2 Years Debtors Experience.
- Debtors function: payment allocation, invoicing, account reconciliation, and debt collecting.
