Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced salesperson on a fixed term basis to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, meeting with clients, and closing deals. They will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other means.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and present our products or services.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
