Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, live chats, and/or social media comments/DMs to address customer questions, requests, and issues.
- Advise customers on leveraging the product/service based on their unique needs.
- Act as a product expert to ensure the information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.
- Record customer interactions in an internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (required)
- E-commerce experience is a plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personally owned laptop/computer with a working camera, minimum 15 Mbps upload/download speed
PC and Internet Requirements:
- Must have a personally-owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or its equivalent)
- A minimum internet speed of 15mbps for both upload and download
