Tasks & Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate and monitor movement of Specialised Fleet in line with Fatigue Management
- Manage site levels in accordance with their requirements and daily usage
- Manage load request times for customers followed up with responsive communication
- Liaise with our fleet maintenance department to ensure effective planning of scheduled maintenance
- Ensure safe, cost effective and reliable distribution of products
- Ensure optimum configuration and maintenance of best practice
- Capturing of data and relevant safety statistics for client KPIs
- Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Daily internal reporting outlining activity, forward planning and daily delivery volumes
Skills & Experience
- Previous scheduling or equivalent experience is highly regarded
- Heavy Haulage experience or a passion for it is ideal
- Highly developed organisational, planning and computer skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team
