An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receiving Clerk at I&J Third Party Central Cold Storage (CCS) , Cape Town. The purpose of this job is to check that all incoming orders from the various I&J units correspond with physical stock landed. To also ensure that the right product and quantities are received in good condition and at the required temperature. Thereafter captured correctly into the SAP system.

Key Performance Areas:
- Receiving all stock into the CCS Warehouse from I&J production facilities, Cape Town Fishing (CTF) and 3rd party service providers onto the SAP system
- Ensuring CCS adherence to physical receiving procedure
- Following up on any discrepancies in quality or quantity at time of receiving
- Verifying that CCS system is updated correctly and aligned with goods received by I&J
- Stand in for the CCS Dispatch Clerk and Load Scheduler when necessary
- Assist with the inventory verification when required for both ad hoc and formal stock counts
Qualifications:
- Grade 12
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience as a Receiving Clerk function.
- SAP experience
