As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Network Operator, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to customers. You will handle network-related inquiries and issues while leveraging your IT and network knowledge to ensure effective resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support for network-related issues and inquiries.
- Manage and resolve network issues, utilizing your IT and network expertise.
- Support ticketing processes and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Coordinate with network engineering teams to address customer network needs.
- Demonstrate strong customer orientation and multitasking abilities.
- Effectively communicate with customers, providing clear and timely updates.
- Apply time management skills to prioritize tasks and achieve results.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within telecom or ticketing processes.
- Strong background in IT and customer support, with a solid understanding of network knowledge.
- CISCO certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in network engineering for customer networks.
- Excellent customer orientation, multitasking skills, and time management abilities.
- Result-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English at a C1 level.
