The Reconciliation Clerk will be responsible for preparing accurate payroll reconciliations and related reporting whilst maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

You Bring:
- 2 years accounting/related position experience.
A Bonus To Have:
- Completed or studying towards a BCom qualification.
What You’ll Do For The Brand:
- Perform reconciliations timeously and according to advised deadlines to ensure the correct and complete allocation of valid payroll transactions.
- Preparing reconciliations and related reports, including, but not limited to:
- Salary control account recons.
- Bank recons.
- Provident fund recons.
- AOD recons.
- Staff debtor recons and write offs.
- Holds recons.
- Terminations recons.
- EMP501 reconciliation reports.
- Reporting related to recons.
- Garnishee recons.
- Payment recons and checks.
- Ad hoc, variance and analysis reporting as required.
- Preparing/processing/checking payroll journals and payroll elements and reconciling to payroll documents.
- Document all reconciliation queries for Payroll Officers on the Payroll Process Improvement Log.
- Work closely with the Finance department to research and resolve problems, perform scheduled activities, prepare and maintain accurate records.
- Provide support to line managers and the finance department with payroll reconciliation related concerns and queries.
- Keep abreast of changes within Payroll department.
- Maintain confidentiality of all Payroll information at all times.
- Live and apply the Hollywood Group values.
- Perform other related duties and general admin as required.
