Full job description
- Manage, organize, and maintain Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and other software as needed.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
