About the Job
A Senior SAP HCM Consultant is required to support clients in the Netherlands with Payroll, Negative Time management, Master Data, and Org Management modules. This will be a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client support tickets raised, investigate and determine solutions, document the solutions and changes made according to client agreed standards, ensure delivery of solutions within agreed SLA timeframes.
- Test solutions provided and ensure quality of delivery.
- Assist clients with knowledge transfer.
- Document client requirements, system configuration, and customisations.
- Report on support and/or project progress to Team lead/project management and clients as required.
- Technical preparation of Business Process procedures, test scenarios, end-user documentation, and user manuals.
Requirements
- 5-10 years SAP support experience in the following SAP on-premise HR modules:
- Payroll
- Time management (Negative Time and Leave)
- Master Data
- Org Management
- 2+ years experience with Netherlands SAP payroll support.
- 1 full implementation including Payroll and/or Time Management modules.
- Knowledge of and experience with Integration to SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
