Our client is looking for a highly skilled Financial Controller to join their dynamic team in the environmental services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Manage budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct monthly closing procedures, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Implement and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance and provide strategic insights.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate project costing and financial oversight.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Continuously evaluate financial processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications: - Degree or Diploma/B. Tech in Cost Accounting or Management Accounting is essential.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience, preferably within a project accounting environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage but not required.
