- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
- Knowledge in Renewable Energy technologies
- Knowledge in South African renewable energy market
- Areas of expertise: Project management with a focus on Business and Project Development
- Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, with cross-functional and delocalized teams
- Analytical mind
- Fluent in English; basic understanding of French is an advantage
Activities
- Conduct market analysis (opportunities, clients, projects, competitors…)
- Assist the BD manager in preparing offers/tender responses and the corresponding documentation for internal approvals
- Assist in the preparation of documentation (reports and presentations) for external audiences
- Participate and take actions in client meetings in support of the projects under development
- Conduct high-level technical and financial analysis of key opportunities using TotalEnergies’ internal applications
- Conduct due diligence analysis on partners, suppliers, and contractors
- Actively participate in marketing events (industry conferences and workshops)
- Site visits as needed
