SISOL LABOUR PROJECTS is a distinguished HR Consulting firm with a focus on Labour Law, Training, Recruitment, and Employee Relations. Renowned for our expertise in Industrial Relations Consulting, we are currently seeking a dynamic individual to enhance our sales team. This role demands a strong hunter profile to cultivate and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conducting telesales via cold calling to prospect and secure new clients.
- Generating leads from both internal and external sources to identify potential business opportunities.
- Managing client relations by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Actively engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Conducting client visits and negotiating retainer fees to secure long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of retainer agreements and exhibiting strong financial acumen.
- Maintaining and fostering positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Developing new business opportunities through targeted strategies and initiatives.
- Organizing and participating in campaigns, as well as attending industry webinars and seminars to stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Possessing knowledge in Human Resources, with a background in Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) considered highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation such as the BCEA (Basic Conditions of Employment Act), LRA (Labour Relations Act), and EE Act (Employment Equity Act) will be an added advantage.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Industrial Relations (IR) or Employee Relations (ER) Consultant role.
- At least 2 years' experience in a Sales position within a Human Resources Consulting company or a Services firm.
- Matriculation certificate is essential.
- Qualification in Human Resources, Labour Law, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License.
- Residency in the Eastrand area is mandatory.
- Highly proficient in either English or Afrikaans.
- Having personal transportation will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is desirable.
