To onboard end-to-end sales support for the VAF Portfolio in order to maximize approval rates & drive take-up, resulting in increased pay-out levels & income generation. To perform credit, fraud & verification checks in accordance with laid down procedures and policies mitigating the risk of fraudulent/inaccurate processing. To analyze, calculate, recommend & verify all applications & deals taken up. To establish a sound dealer relationship to optimize market share.

Customer service and stakeholder engagement: 3-4 years
Vehicle and Asset Finance product knowledge and experience: Credit and Fraud experience. Understanding of legislative requirements such as Know Your Client, National Credit Act (NCA), Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI) Act. Understanding of laid down procedures and understanding of fraud and compliance policies and processes.
