Are you a well experienced Senior Financial Manager who excels in providing financial analysis to key stakeholders such as business heads and top management for effective decision-making? Do you provide support for setting the direction in terms of financial budget and business plans? Then our client, an international bank, is looking for you to join their team of experts!
Required experience:
- 8 years of related industry experience, preferably in the banking sector.
- 6 years at a Senior Management level. Must have solid experience in financial regulatory compliance, tax reporting in the local market, and strong analytical and management skills.
Required Qualification:
- Must be a Qualified CA (SA)
- BCom (Hons): Accounting; MBA Finance or equivalent masters beneficial
Key accountabilities:
- Financial budgeting, management advisory, and financial and regulatory reporting. The position reports directly to the CFO.
1. Financial Strategy / Financial Planning / Management Advisory & Budgeting.
2. Financial/Regulatory Reporting & Audit Coordination.
3. Month / Year End Processes: Manage the month / year-end closing processes.
4. Regulatory Deliverables: Assisting in the preparation of Regulatory deliverables.
5. Special Tasks: Attend to ad hoc requests including working on special strategic and regulatory projects Strategic Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
