Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications: - Completed B.Com degree in accounting.
- 4 years or more of experience in business investment or business finance-related roles.
- Experience in banking/insurance house is non-negotiable.
- Sales and marketing experience will be an advantage.
Skills: - Ability to build and maintain relationships and possess strong negotiation skills.
- Able to meet strong targets every month.
- Analytical with a strong financial background.

Job Description: - Creating detailed financial models, including revenue projections, cost analysis, risk assessment, and return calculations to guide investments.
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and strategic partnerships for the business.
- Assessing the financial health and potential risks of targeted companies through comprehensive due diligence.
- Organising and participating in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to establish and strengthen business networks.
- Keeping abreast of industry regulations, market dynamics, and economic trends to adapt investment strategies accordingly.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of client portfolios.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the broader SME market.
- Structuring and negotiating viable financing solutions with targeted companies to optimize returns for the company based on the associated risk.
- Drafting comprehensive investment reports that communicate findings, risks, and potential returns to stakeholders.
