Accounting Manager Position
An Automotive Group in Durban - Pinetown has a vacancy for an Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Accounting Manager will include:
- Ensuring that monthly management accounts and reports are generated timeously.
- Preparing and reviewing reconciliations, schedules, and queries.
- Preparing financial policies and procedures.
- Coordinating/preparing for interim and final financial year-end audits.
- Performing any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the General Manager and Group Financial Executive at head office.
Experience & Qualifications
Requirements include:
- Automotive industry experience.
- CA qualification would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in an accounting environment, along with relevant IFRS knowledge and experience.
- Preference will be given to applicants with a Motor Industry background.
- Accounting background.
- Knowledge of accounting practices.
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting practices and principles.
- Auditing practices and principles.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Understanding of company policies and procedures.

Package & Remuneration
The salary package is between R45,000 and R60,000 per month, with a car allowance of R16,626 per month, plus fuel allowance, Provident Fund, and Medical Aid fund.
