We are looking for a passionate Senior Conceptual Designer with fashion retail client experience, someone with the skill set to capture promotional excitement and breakthrough campaigns for a national fashion retail client.

An eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure, as well as being up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, techniques and technologies, are essential requirements.

Role includes but is not limited to:
- Working in a team under the leadership of a Creative Director to conceptualise and execute campaigns based on both client and internal briefs.
- Present work imaginatively and confidently to clients and senior creatives.
- Be skilled in design and conceptualization.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards for execution and attention to detail.
- Collaborate and communicate well with the team and other departments.
- Have an eternally positive disposition especially when the going gets rough.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Art Director/Conceptual Designer in a large/integrated Advertising Agency.
- At least 5 years’ previous experience in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with digital design across all channels; web design; designing of E-commerce websites; animations and social media.
- Experience in high-volume environments with fast turnarounds.
Strong Conceptual Design ability preferred:
- Great presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A powerful creative portfolio that demonstrates originality, innovation, and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilise resources, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within scope.
- Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, persuasive negotiator, positive and innovative thinker.
- Highly motivated with a high level of initiative; ability to work independently in support of the agency’s creative goals and the client’s business objectives.
- Experience in presenting campaigns to creative heads and clients.
Technical skills/knowledge:
- App and Web Design.
- Figma.
- Art Direction both Digital and ATL.
- Animation/GIF.
- Digital Design across all channels.
- Visual Merchandising, In-store signage and Posters.
- Print layouts.
- Emailers.
- Social Media Posts.
- UX and UI Design.
- Web Banners.
