Skills and Experience:
- Grade 12 and Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar Financial Planning & Analysis or management accounting role, ideally within commercial finance or banking.
- Studying towards CIMA or a similar management accounting qualification (advantageous).
- Knowledge of asset-based financing (advantageous).
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerBi, and Microsoft Office 365, with strong Excel skills essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial packs, including regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support the Financial Director in creating Annual Financial Statements.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting, cash flow projections, and funding requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives.
- Own Sage ERP reporting and manage the budget for optimal tracking.
- Work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure effective departmental cross-functioning.
