Duties & Responsibilities
- Full accounting function, from data input to management reporting
- Data Analysis
- Support to Financial Manager
- Analytical Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director
- Daily Sub-Ledger Balancing
- Daily Purchase Order Conversions
- Processing & Review of All Journal Entries
- Review of Creditors Reconciliations, payment packs and ageing
- Income Statement and Balance Sheet Analysis and Review
- Preparation of the monthly Balance sheet reconciliations and resolving of queries
- Prepare Manual Journals
- BEE Reporting
- Management Reporting Pack Preparation
- Foreign Payments - Monitor Forex requirements & usage
- Review & Sign off Cashbooks
- Back Up to Cashbook Function
- Back Up to Shipment Costing Function
- Full Fixed Assets management
- Adhoc - Assist Financial Manager and CA when requested
Desired Experience & Qualification
- BComm degree or similar
- 5 - 8 years full accounting experience in a multinational or listed company
- Up to date IFRS Knowledge
- Advanced Excel
- SAGE X3 advantageous
- Report writing advantageous
