Duties & Responsibilities
We're on the lookout for a super motivated Sales Development Specialist with a real zest for results and a splash of enthusiasm! If you're excited about connecting with potential clients and making waves in the business world, you might just be the perfect fit. We want someone who can light up a call with their infectious passion for sparking new relationships and keeping those flames alive. You'll be a key player behind our growth plans, spreading the word and while you're at it - living and breathing our company values! That's the kind of awesome we're looking for!
Outcomes:
- Perform a minimum of 40 prospecting calls (cold calls) per day to identify potential new business or continue to promote customer awareness with previous contacts, identify key decision maker(s) pushing for new business leads and contacts.
- A minimum of 15 Connects per day (calls over 2 minutes long)
- A minimum of 2 Proposals a day
- Minimum talk time of one and a half hours per day
- Generate minimum three new leads (ACF) per day.
- Preparing proposals and quotations that identify clients’ needs in a professional and timeous manner.
- Developing and maintaining company presence in the marketplace through cold calling, emailing, and phoning.
- Identifying new corporate customers through networking, referrals, and research.
- Matching prospects requirements to existing service via well-constructed professionally demonstrating service offered.
- Resolving customer enquiries quickly and effectively.
- Following up on all leads rapidly and effectively.
- Dealing with all meetings and clients in an urgent and focused manner.
- Ensuring proper comprehension of Pnet services offered.
- Training customers on the proper use of the Pnet service.
- Performing customer care calls to ensure customer satisfaction and do follow up and repeat visits and calls to develop long-term sustainable relationships with clients.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- A minimum 1-3 years’ experience in sales with a proven track record
- Excellent telephone skills
- Cold Calling experience
- Ability to deal with senior executives at a corporate level.
- Accurate and reliable forecasting with good numerical and analytical ability
- Any previous experience on a CRM system would be beneficial.
- Ability to function independently with high levels of responsibility and accountability.
- B2B consultative sales experience will be advantageous.
