- Other Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Memberships: Post Graduate Degree - LLB; Admitted attorney
Experience Required
Legal
- 5-7 years proven experience in the provision of legal advice, drafting, vetting, review, dissemination and/or negotiation, with at least 5 years' experience in an IP specialist role, either in practice or in-house.
- Identification and mitigation of legal risk.
- At least 3 years' people management experience (not necessarily direct reports), where applicable.
