Kendrick Recruitment is on the hunt for an enthusiastic Lodge Anchor to join a renowned luxury lodge in the stunning Greater Kruger area! If you’re an organised, hands-on team player with a passion for people and the bush, this could be your dream job!
Role Overview: As the Lodge Anchor, you'll be the heartbeat of the lodge’s operations, helping ensure every guest experience is seamless and unforgettable. From guest relations to behind-the-scenes admin tasks, you'll have a diverse role that’s as dynamic as it is rewarding!
Key Responsibilities Include:
Handling admin tasks and managing emails
Running social media channels and assisting with content
Coordinating orders and maintaining stock
Engaging with guests and creating memorable experiences
Hosting, check-ins, check-outs, and general lodge service
Acting as the central communication point among the team
What We’re Looking For:
A team-oriented individual with a flexible, "can-do" attitude
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Experience is valued, but a great attitude is everything!
Salary & Benefits:
Up to R9000/month (live-in position with food provided)
Rotational Schedule: Either 3 weeks on, 1 week off OR 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off, with 21 days annual leave (prorated for the first year)
Comfortable accommodation provided on-site
